- Our redesign adopts a two-staged approach using small, quick interventions:
- Stage 1: Interior works to install new stairs (£8,000) which allows the young family to move into flat within two months of exchange
- Stage 2: Dormer, roof terrace and other structural works (£50,000 to £80,000) scheduled in three years’ time, keeping within planning consent timeframe
